Napfény Resort
Our Group is the developer and prime contractor of a 50-flat apartment building named Napfény/Sunshine Resort at one of the nicest waterfront area of Balatonlelle. This high-end building is constructed with the use of a structural engineering solution that is unique in Middle Europe, with its almost zero need for power, and the homes will become available for move-in for the lucky owners in the second half of 2021.
VABA Apartments
In Vaba Apartments under construction in the neighbouring Bikás Park, crystallized, A to B+ category flats are built with two types of floor area – 50m2 or 70m2 – with pre-defined style of internal decoration. The whole project is managed by our Group from designing through constructing and sales, to facility management. The future owners of these power-saving, elegant and modern flats will be able to occupy their property presumably in the second half of the year 2021.

A building belonging to the world cultural heritage will be born again in the popular boulevard of Budapest, Andrássy út, specifically in the immediate vicinity of Oktogon developed and constructed by the Group. 10 new premium-quality flats will be developed in the frame of this value conserving investment enveloped by a Neo-Renaissance palace built in the 19th century.

A 298-unit apartment building is under construction in the X. district of Budapest, in the neighborhood of Népliget. Zöldmező
Zöld Mező appartments is being built in the XVI. district of Budapest, in one of the most popular green, suburban neighborhoods of the capital. The development site is located in a residential area surrounded by extensive green space.
Platán Garden
The Platán Garden Balaton condominium is being built on the site of the former Família Hotel in Balatonboglár, which is administratively the first property in Balatonboglár and is located directly on the waterfront. Thanks to its proximity to the lake, most of the apartments under construction will have a panoramic view.
